TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Gosha Ukrainian Books Library (“Library”) is owned and managed by GOSHA FOR UKRAINE.
2. The library is dedicated mainly to Ukrainian refugees in Switzerland. But also, to Ukrainians residing in Switzerland permanently and also to anyone who wishes to read in Ukrainian.
3. In order to borrow your first book, you need to reserve it in the Library online system or simply come directly to the Library and find it yourself on the shelf.
4. You can borrow max 4 books at a time for a period of no more than 4 weeks.
5. Borrowing of books is free of charge.
6. When you borrow your first book/books you need to pay a 15CHF deposit. The same deposit amount applies whether you borrow one or two books. The deposit will be returned to you once you return the books and decide not to rent any new one. The return will take place at the Library's premises at Badenerstrasse 658, 8048 Zurich
7. To borrow next books, you need to return the ones you borrowed before.

Short USER MANUAL

1. GOSHA Ukrainian Books Library online system allows you to browse for the books which may interest you, to reserve them online and to be sure they will be waiting for you on the following Monday for your pick up at the Library at Badenerstrasse 658, 8048 Zurich.
2. To reserve a book in our library system you need to be registered as a user and logged in.
3. Once you browse the book catalog and select the book that interests you, place it in your shopping cart. You can choose up to 4 books.
4. Once ready, you can proceed to check-out, by which you have your book reserved until the closest Monday.
5. Placing an order involves accepting the Library's Terms & Conditions .
6. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email for your reservation.
7. On the following Monday, your reservation will be ready for pick-up.
8. In case you do not show up to pick up the book on the Monday following your book reservation date, your reservation will be canceled and the book becomes available for everyone to reserve.
9. If you lose or damage a book you must pay for it. The fee is 15CHF per book.
10. A polite request! Please cancel your reservation in case you know you will not be able to show up on the following Monday, so that the book becomes available to other people.
