"Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" is a script based on the story by J.K. Rowling, co-written with John Tiffany and Jack Thorne, which has been running at the Palace Theatre in London since 30 July 2016 with incredible success.
The story takes place nineteen years after the victorious Battle of Hogwarts, which ends the seventh and final part of the Potteriana. It's not easy being Harry Potter, especially now that he is an employee of the Ministry of Magic, a workaholic, married father of three schoolchildren. While Harry Potter struggles with his past, which refuses to let go, his younger son Albus has to come to terms with the burden of his famous family, a legacy he did not choose. As the past mingles ominously with the future, father and son learn a sad truth: sometimes darkness comes from places no one expects.
This is one of the very first translations of the play in the world after its English-language publication.
